Bondens Marked is the first, largest, and longest living farmers market in Copenhagen. At Bondens Marked you can shop for local products – vegetables, meat, cheese, bread – as well as some imported specialites, such as olive oil, nuts and wine. You won’t find food trucks or bar facilities at Bondens Marked – although some stallkeepers sometimes prepare simple meals.
Since 2013, the market has been held every Saturday, all year round, in Sankt Jakobs Plads, Østerbro, outside the restaurant Le Saint Jacques, and since 2019, a smaller market has been held on Fridays at Sankt Thomas Plads, Frederiksberg.
Friday (Frederiksberg): 12 noon – 6 PM
Saturday (Østerbro): 10 AM – 3 PM
